A Family Travel Story
For over 55 years, travel has been a lifelong passion for the Anderson family. As a young boy, Carl Anderson—whose father worked in the airline industry—had the unique opportunity to visit exotic destinations around the globe. These early experiences ignited a love for travel that would later inspire the creation of Anderson Vacations.
In 1991, Carl and his wife Linda founded their boutique travel agency dedicated to providing personalized service and expert travel planning. Now in its 34th year, the award-winning agency remains committed to its founding values, offering client-focused travel experiences with the same care and attention that sparked its beginning.

Now in his thirty-fourth year in the travel industry, the co-founder and luxury travel advisor values the lasting relationships he has built with his clients. “After so many years in this business, we’ve had the privilege of planning travel for multiple generations within the same families. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the children of clients I worked with decades ago now traveling alongside their parents and grandparents on unforgettable journeys.”
When it comes to favorite destinations, Carl ranks Greece and Austria at the top of a long list of places he’s explored over the years.

As co-founder of Anderson Vacations alongside her husband, Linda brings a creative flair to the travel business. A talented artist, she leads the company’s marketing efforts and client appreciation programs, infusing each with her signature style. Linda also coordinates special events for the agency’s hosted group trips around the globe. Among her most memorable travel experiences are visits to the South of France and Spain.

Ashley is the newest addition to the Anderson Vacations team, bringing fresh energy and a passion for travel. Raised in a family that prioritized exploration, she offers impressive destination knowledge for her age. In addition to her personal travel experiences, Ashley has already earned several specialist certifications, including Gold Tier Virgin Voyages Agent and AmaWaterways River Cruise Specialist.
With her strong grasp of social media and digital engagement, she’s well-positioned to connect with and inspire a new generation of travelers. Ashley puts the Tuscan countryside of Italy and Portugal at the top of her travel memories.
